Account details for the people who use Progressly, and the operational information your business chooses to store: customers, quotes, jobs, stages, documents, hours and notes.
Why we hold it
Only to provide the service: showing your team their work, sending the notifications you ask for, and supporting you when something goes wrong. We do not sell your information.
Separation and access
Each business workspace is isolated from every other. Access inside a workspace is controlled by the roles and permissions its owner sets.
System messages such as sign-up confirmations, password resets and invitations are sent from the Progressly domain. Replies reach us at info@progressly.business.
Your choices
You can export your information or ask us to delete your workspace at any time. Write to info@progressly.business.
